FOUR EASY STEPS Space Insiders offers a full range of Interior Design services: whether you want to refresh and revitalize one single room, or a complete make over for your interior. Let us guide you through some easy steps for your dream interior : 1. First meeting is free of charge: take us through a tour of your home and share with us your expectations in terms of functionality, design concept and budget. We will ask you questions about your lifestyle, tastes and feelings you want to bring in your space. We provide guidelines and inspiration with our four “trends notebooks”, one for each element, allowing you to choose right away the perfect ambiance for each room. 2. The Conceptual Design phase consists in a room by room presentation of graphic materials, sketches and inspirations for general design ideas and options. Our Design fees for this phase are predetermined flat fees typically ranging between $800 and $2,000 per room depending on the scope of the project.

3. The Design Development phase includes the furniture lay-out, sketches and elevations; wall, window, floor and ceiling treatments; furnishing, color, finishes and lighting along with corresponding preliminary pricing. As soon as budget and schedule are approved, we proceed with purchases and contractors’ special orders. Our fees are discussed upfront at the end of Phase 2 and adjusted to suit your particular needs, there are no hidden cost. 4. Implementation: we supervise each contractor’s work, deliveries and installations as well as staging and bring a final touch to the room. Shopping services are available, at client request, at a competitive hourly rate. DESIGN RESOURCES We have access to the major design showrooms in the San Francisco Bay Area, and have created a network of designers and manufacturers in the US and Europe.
